Registered Dietitian and Health Coach
Tami Broderick, a California native, attended California State University Long Beach, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Administration, with a minor in Chemistry.
Tami’s expertise is in the areas of nutrition as it relates to mental health and addiction, food sensitivities, sports nutrition and disease management with an emphasis on diabetes care. Tami has been in private practice for over 11 years and prior to that, she was the dietitian at the Sports Club/LA in Orange County for several years.
Tami’s mission in life is to be the best at what she does and assist others to be their best as well. She is passionate about helping her clients feel better. A significant part of her practice looks at food as it relates to optimal health, and she spends hours researching and educating herself on the most current science and cutting edge research. Her goal is to teach people how to eat well, feel better using a holistic approach, and most importantly how to “Balance Life with Nutrition”. In her free time, Tami enjoys pilates, yoga and running Spartan races with her daughter.
