Chief Operations Officer
Keith Miller has more than 19-years experience in the field of chemical dependency treatment. This experience encompasses multiple levels which include, day to day operations, overseeing the successful development of start-up facilities, program development, marketing strategies, clinical counseling and development, and management skills.
Keith Miller started his carrier in 1993 when he was hired to oversee the day to day operations of a non-profit detoxification and treatment center located in Riverside, California. From there he dedicated his life working for State sponsored Anger Management and DUI companies, Psych-hospitals, and privet for profit companies. In 1998 Keith took a job opportunity working as a clinical case manager for a privately funded For Profit Company called Sober Living by the Sea in Newport Beach, California. After 2 years he was promoted to a program director position and given a start-up facility in Riverside, California. This position required him to hand select his staff, furnish the facility, set up clinical programs, and market the business to possible referents from around the country.
Due to the recent economic down turn, Keith was required to redevelop the business by adding several new levels of service or a full continuum of care, which include detoxification, residential treatment, partial day treatment, and intensive outpatient treatment services. This was accomplished through the development of a Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation that took more than a year to develop. This program is still a thriving business today that services more than 200 clients a year.
