Our Outpatient Services work in two ways. As part of your Continuing Care Plan, we will create an outpatient program for you that suits your transitional needs. If you live locally and are returning home, you may continue to attend groups and therapy sessions and participate in other treatment activities while living at home or in a sober living environment.
You might find an outpatient program to be a sufficient level of care for your treatment needs.
In that event, we offer several levels of services to meet your needs:
Outpatient Program – 3 hours per week
Intensive Outpatient Program – 9 hours per week
Day Treatment Program – 20 hours per week
Our outpatient services program offers a variety of treatment modalities, including equine and music therapy, process groups, psychoeducation, and 12 Step recovery groups. At The Center, you will have a case manager/counselor, a primary therapist, and access to our medical team for medication management and drug testing.
Some of the therapies commonly used in our out patient program are:
- ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy)
- CBT ( Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
- DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)
- Psychoanalytic theory approach
- Attachment theory
- Anger Management
- Solution focused therapy
- Art therapy
- Nutritional counseling
- Guided imagery
