Eating Disorder TherapyAt Hotel California By the Sea, we strongly believe that in order for our clients to achieve long-term recovery, their underlying issues must be discovered and treated at their core. There is a manual that accompanies this treatment often involving various exercises and reading. DBT can be effective in the treatment of dual diagnosis such as mood disorders, trauma, and also offers practical skills for addiction recovery.
