At Hotel California by the Sea, we believe that a healthy diet plays an integral role in one’s recovery process. Our full-time professional chefs, in each of our residential facilities, provide our clients with nourishing 5-star meals that take into consideration each client’s particular tastes and dietary needs. We utilize local and organic fare when possible, keeping the focus on healthy and delicious meals.

Texas style chili with agave glazed cornbread, roasted vegetables. All chili topping included

Build your own burgers, house made fries and tossed salad (all burger toppings imaginable) with Hawaiian roll burger buns

Taco Day: Chicken adobo, carne asada, refried beans (vegan) cilantro lime crème Fresca, Spanish rice, shredded lettuce, corn and flour tortillas.

Mango lime chicken with coconut quinoa roasted cauliflower
