Lee serves as a Site Manager in California and has been a valued part of our team since 2021. Throughout his time with the company, Lee has demonstrated exceptional dedication, growth, and commitment to excellence. His career journey reflects hard work and a true drive to succeed. Beginning as a Treatment Technician, advancing into an Operations Team Lead role, and now he’s excelling as a Site Manager.

Lee’s progression speaks to his leadership, reliability, and passion for the work he does each day. We are proud to recognize his contributions and the positive impact he continues to make across his team and our organization.

A Few Words from Lee

Whether it is dealing with personnel issues, client issues or operational issues ….. I love to problem-solve and make things happen. This makes me feel alive!

Something that drives me to go above and beyond at work is making my father and mother proud. My father came to this country in 1960 with nothing but a solid work ethic. A few years later, he married my mother. I would like to follow in their footsteps and provide my 13-year-old daughter the same opportunity that was afforded to me.

When I get a photo of a one-year chip, two-year chip, three-year chip or even a four-year chip, it really brings things full circle for me. I get an overwhelming sense of joy. Knowing that I had the smallest of roles in these folks recovery is an amazing feeling.

I continuously grow personally and professionally by trying to maintain a simple attitude and always seeking to be a learner. I have been very fortunate to have met so many solid people along my journey. These folks have been instrumental to me in learning and living a new way of life. They also provide a quick reality check when I get a bit overzealous!
