Employee Highlight

Crystal Q. Ft. Employee

Crystal has been an essential part of the Washington team and the organization for nearly four years. She began her journey with Hotel California by the Sea as a Treatment Technician and quickly rose through the ranks. She transitioned to Operations Lead and is now serving as the Site Manager at Shumway, the largest facility in our entire organization.

From the very beginning, Crystal has demonstrated an extraordinary capacity for growth, adaptability and authentic leadership. She often reflects on how just a few years ago, she could not have imagined being in the position she holds today.

Through determination, a strong willingness to learn and the support of mentors such as Aaron Burk, Alaina Freeman and Martin Gallegos, Crystal has become not only a vital member of our team but also a meaningful source of inspiration to those around her.

A Few Words from Crystal

I love seeing the light come back into our clients’ eyes. Watching them put in the hard work and start believing in themselves—it’s powerful. Being part of a team and working toward the same goal makes it even more meaningful.

I am committed to making a change in my life and giving the same level of energy and focus to helping others as I once gave to my past struggles. That mindset fuels me every day.

I believe in leading by example, staying approachable, and jumping in when things get busy. I value every team member and find joy in the little things—like celebrating clean dates and birthdays with balloons to lift others up.

I enjoy peace, quiet, and simplicity. After a life of chaos, I now treasure the calm. And while I may seem outgoing, I am a self-described introvert who values meaningful connection over noise.

Don’t live in regret. Let every challenge shape you. Stay teachable, ask for feedback, and step outside your comfort zone—that’s how growth happens.
