What I love most about my job is being able to help people rediscover themselves and find a new way of life… I love watching the light and life come back into people. It has truly been a dream come true to be employed at the place that saved my life.

People come through our doors and are trusting us with every aspect of their lives. My goal is to ensure they have a clean, positive and overall great experience with us.

Fostering a positive and supportive work environment is very important to me. I make sure everyone knows that I am here to help, teach and train. I firmly believe that there is no stupid question and that mistakes are acceptable because you can learn from them and provide teachable moments. Everyone knows that I am ALWAYS happy to help in any way.

My advice to anyone is to always be open to feedback. Feedback isn’t always bad and it is there to help you grow and learn … The more you know, the further you go.
